St Martin's Courtyard,
Covent Garden
Longmartin Properties Limited is 50% owned by Shaftesbury PLC, and has a long leasehold interest in the island site of almost two acres bounded by St Martin’s Lane, Long Acre, Shelton Street and Mercer Street. A major redevelopment of part of the site, known as St Martin’s Courtyard, is now complete.
All the offices, restaurants and 21 of the 23 shops have been let or are under offer. When the principal office tenants (Robert Walters PLC, PZ Cussons PLC and Apple) have completed their fit-outs, it is estimated that over 800 people will be working within the courtyard.
This new shopping and leisure courtyard, in the heart of Covent Garden, has a distinct feminine feel which is reflected in the design and retail mix. The flagships, international brands and independents labels chosen are aimed at female shoppers and complemented by the spa, yoga studio and the unique collection of restaurants.
